GEIDC Receives Rail Freight Assistance Grant

The Greater Erie Industrial Development Corporation was awarded $555,940 from PennDot to reactivate track at the former International Paper Mill Site including rehabilitating track, four turnouts, controls and signage. This will greatly enhance rail service for Hero BX as well as provide additional capacity to future developments on the site.
